DESCRIPTION
From Pour to Cure is a new hire learning path I designed in collaboration with subject matter experts, product managers, and engineers. The curriculum consists of 12 courses that introduce new employees to every Husqvarna product and their basic use cases.
This course is the first course in the curriculum and includes an introduction to the program, Husqvarna's history and values, and a tutorial on how to use the LMS.
In collaboration with HR I implemented this program in all of North America. From Pour to Cure is completed by every organizational new hire within 90 days of employment and they have a progress checkin with their managers every 30 days. Progress reports are automatically generated and emailed to every manager on a bi-weekly schedule.
