DESCRIPTION
Husqvarna Sales Success is a blended sales training curriculum that I wrote and designed from scratch. The program is specific to Husqvarna and provides examples and activities specific to the company. I wrote and designed the participant guidebook, case study, powerpoint, and instructional guide.
The program consists of an eLearning prerequisite that introduces the learner to the program, 3 modules of virtual instruction via Microsoft Teams, 2 knowledge checks on the LMS, and a final "Coaching" activity that requires participants to record a video of themselves applying all of the skills they have learned and upload it to the LMS where feedback is provided.
I am the creator of and instructor for this program. Responsibilities include managing enrollments of all new sales hires, printing and mailing guidebooks, evaluating participant performance, identifying areas of growth, reporting completion data, and providing individual reviews for each participant that are sent to managers.
