CRM: Contacts is an eLearning course that is part of a 4 course curriculum. In this course learners are shown how to properly access, update, and utilize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software via the medium of a webinar screen recording.
The course consists of 8 lessons each with their own video that demonstrates a skill. In order to progress to the next lesson learners must pass a knowledge check to prove and reinforce their understanding.
